TO WORK
The principal goal was to create a sequence of rooms that presented volumetric complexity, while providing a constant visual dance between interior spaces and exterior exposure. At times the view to the outside is framed and limited; at other points along the way, the corners of the rooms are opened fully to ensure the palette of vegetation outside becomes the focus of the room. At all points, however, the desired destination is extended once again, and one is invited to investigate what's beyond.
